Usage of fresh foundry sand will lead to the production of the less used foundry sand. This will lead to solve the problem arise due to the river sand. Eco-friendly process can be developed in the environment

For improvement of pavement of road, the use of asphalt material and its mixture are used so that there durability and performance can be enhanced. The main objective is to compare the results obtained by using fillers like nano clay and non crude petroleum. These project is an evaluate the properties and performance of asphalt binder modified two material.

The adaptive median filtering procedure can remove impulsive noise from the fingerprint image using a fixed window size technique. The adaptive median filtering method will not filter the impulse noise out fully if the window is small. The fingerprint image may get blurred if the window size is large. To solve the problem, fingerprint and pulse noise removal using standard median filters is suggested. The use of Standard Median Filters (SMF) includes three measures, primarily in order to remove impulse noise from the fingerprint image. Initialize the normal average filter window size and assess whether the filter window center pixel in the image is an impulse noise. Using the output value of the filter instead of the middle window pixel value, standard median filtering is carried out from the window value achieved in the previous steps on the fingerprint image. Experiment results suggest that the standard median technology for improving fingerprints exceeds the adaptive median filter method for filtering the pulse output.

Chemical coagulation was one of the best methods used to remove the mixtures present in the textile waste water from dye manufacturing unit in textile industry. The characteristic feature of wastewaters can be determined by using this method. Most of the mixtures found in the wastewaters are phenol derivatives, aniline derivatives, organic acids and benzene derivatives, are the output from dye manufacturing industries. Effluent from the dyeing units is often rich in colour high PH containing residues of reactive dyes and chemicals, such as complex mechanisms, may Aerosols, High Chroma, High COD and BOD concentrations are the Hard-Degradation Materials. Removal of such toxics materials from Waste Water are very important because the effluent disposed into land and river will reduce the surface and Ground Water aquatic life, Soil and Water quality. In order to reduce this research work is done with the combination of coagulant such as latex from calotropis gigantea and Fenton’s reagent (hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) with ferrous iron (typically iron sulphate, feso4) for flocculation to determine the optimal removal parameter such as pH, COD, Total Dissolved Solids (TDS). However by combination of these two coagulant results about higher percentage of COD and dissolved solids was removed in a very short time period.

The stability of any pavement depends upon the stability of its subgrade soil. Subgrade governs the performance, life span and effectiveness of the pavement. The entire load coming over the pavement is ultimately borne bythe subgrade. Thus, the subgrade plays a very important role in the pavement design. Now-a-days, many techniques are used to stabilize the subgrade soil, use of natural fibres being one of them. Natural fibresare cheap, easily available and ecofriendly. In order to stabilize the subgrade soil, jute fibres in 50 mm length and proportions of 0.25%, 0.5%, 0.75% and 1% were used as the reinforcing agents in the present study. The California Bearing Ratio test was conducted on all the samples and the results have been presented in the paper.Subgrade is the lowest layer of the pavement. It takes all the loads of the pavement as well as the loads coming on the pavement. So, it should possess sufficient stability under adverse climatic and loading conditions. The defects in black top pavement surface like rutting, corrugation, etc. are generally attributed to poor subgrade. Thus the stability of the pavement depends upon the stability of the subgrade. In order to enhance the engineering properties, soil can be reinforced using jute fibre. Jute fibre is preferable because of its better durability, high tensile strength and capacity to withstand rotting and heat, porous texture which gives it good drainage and filtration properties. Moreover, jute is locally available, cheap, eco- friendly and biodegradable. Reinforcing in soil masses increases its strength, bearing capacity and ductility; reduces settlement and inhibits lateral deformation. Fibre reinforced soils show greater extensibility, small loss of post peak strength, isotropy in strength and absence of planes of weakness.

Our aim among this project is to satisfy the condition of the dyeing waste materials which gets more strengthened than the usage of the other fine aggregate materials.These kinds of the sludge materials are been more popular in the factory areas were they are been using this sludge as a waste material and they don’t recycle it. We are using this type of sludge for the process manufacture of our concrete. The Dyeing factory waste sludge are more similar when compared to the ordinary sand. In this study we have also explained the sludge properties, its mixing ratio, and the mixing proportions towards the sludge etc; This paper presents a detailed study on the behaviour of concrete and sludge relations.

Noise pollution the mainreasons for a few types effect in human health particularly in hearing like hearing loss. Indoor noise pollution comes from many bases and residences. Here the project mainly focus on the sound reduction in wall surface material relatively than any other techniques available and by using organic material such as like coconut coir fibre powder, sugarcane bagasse powder and   sodium silicate. For the groundwork of roofing using, sawdust particles along with coconut fibre powder as sound reducers for this noise problem. Here the wall tiles were made up of sawdust, coconut fibre powder sugarcane bagasse powder and sodium silicate. Then it was mixed with cement and sand. Here the sawdust particle sizes and tile thickness were mottled. By using sound generator, speakers and noise level meter the noise reduction co-efficient (NRC) is measured it is nothing but ratio of the reduction levels of noise and the intensity of sound. NRC values obtained for sawdust and the organic compounds of tiles ranges from 0.1 to 0.7. It was found that these materials can be effectively used as sound reducing wall surface materials.

The main motto of starting up this project is to investigate the potential of using crumb rubber and sea shell crushed SBP (Seashell By Product) also called as the coral organic waste material as a partial substitute for coarse sand in the production of concrete paving block (CPB). Laboratory trials were conducted to investigate the effect of crumb rubber particle size. A comparison was also made between CPB and crumb rubber paver block (CRPB) to determine the strength. Styrene-butadiene rubber (SBR) latex was added to the mixtures of crumb rubber CPB and mechanical properties were evaluated. It gives more strength then compared to the normal paving blocks. The accumulations of discarded tyres provoke fire and health hazards. In order to prevent environmental pollution, the policy is evolving and much effort has been put into solving waste tyres problem on a world-wide basis. This will also acts as an environmental friendly blocks. It was found that the natural aggregate can be substituted by SBP (Seashell By-Product) without affecting the delicate balance of a pervious concrete mix. It is evident that the natural resources consistently deplete while the demand for concrete constituent materials still remains increasingly high. Hence, diverse waste materials have been investigated for reuse and/or recycling in full or partial replacement for both fine and coarse aggregate in concrete production. In this we assure that, this will give great impact and thus we give eco-friendly paver blocks.
